Mike Wasson joined Midwest Independent Bancshares, Inc. in December, 2010 as President/CEO of Midwest Independent Bancshares, Inc. and Midwest Independent Bank.  Wasson is the Chairman of First Bankers’ Banc Securities, Inc., an investment subsidiary of our holding company. The holding company owns a majority interest in First Bankers' Banc Securities, Inc. With over 40 years in banking, he has managed Community Banks in Missouri, New Mexico, Illinois, Iowa and Kentucky. 

Wasson is a graduate of the Nebraska School of Banking, and the Graduate School of Bank Administration at the University of Wisconsin.  He is, or has been, a member of the faculty of, Missouri School of Bank Management, Iowa Commercial Lending School, Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, Kentucky School of Banking, Kentucky Commercial Lending School and New Mexico State University.  In addition, Wasson has presented seminars on various banking topics for trade associations in Missouri, Kentucky, and Illinois.

 

  WILLIAM J. LLOYD, JR.
  EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT/CHIEF LENDING OFFICER

In July 2008 Bill Lloyd, Jr. joined Midwest Independent Bank (MIB) as Senior Lender. Today, Lloyd is President of MIB Property Management, LLC and Executive Vice President/Chief Lending Officer of MIB. Lloyd serves on the executive management committee of the organization.

Lloyd started his banking career in August 1977 with Empire Bank in Springfield, Missouri as a part time proof operator.  In 1977 to 1984 he worked in bank operations at three different banks. From 1984 – 1989 he worked for the State of Missouri as a state bank examiner. From 1989 to 2008, Lloyd worked in four different banks in management positions, or as a commercial lender. 

He received a bachelor of science degree in business administration with the University of Missouri in Columbia in 1983 with an emphasis in economics.  Lloyd graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School with the University of Washington in Seattle. He serves on the executive loan committee and the senior loan committee of the bank.

Lloyd has served in several civic organizations in his local community, as well as a Deacon with Calvary Baptist Church.

  

 ROGER MEALY
  EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT/CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Roger Mealy joined Midwest Independent Bank (MIB) in September 2013 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  Mealy is a member of the Executive Management Team and has responsibility for accounting/finance, technology, and compliance.  Mealy also leads MIB Banc Services, LLC, which provides IT and compliance auditing, loan review, and consulting services for community banks throughout the Midwest.  

Mealy’s banking career began in 2004, where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Montgomery Bank, N.A. in Sikeston, MO.  This executive position directed departments and processes for accounting, financial reporting, financial planning, daily cash settlement, information technology, software services, in-house processing, and operations.  Prior to banking, Mealy held multiple internationally-focused senior financial management positions with Fortune 100 companies in healthcare manufacturing and distribution, and the offshore drilling industry. 

Mealy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Barret School of Banking in Memphis, TN in 2006, and was class valedictorian.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio.

Mealy is happily married to his wife, Deb, and they have two adult sons, Chris and Kevin.  Mealy has been involved in his local communities through Lions Club and as a Board of Governors member of his local golf country club – serving as Finance Chairman and President.  Mealy is an avid golfer, enjoys traveling, and is a college sports fan.  Go Buckeyes!  

  

  SHEILA M. NOLL 
  EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT/COO

Sheila Noll began employment with Midwest Independent Bank in September 1995 as a Cash Management Specialist.  In August 1997 she moved to the Loan Department as a Credit Analyst and in June 1998 took on the role of Operations Manager.  In April 2000 Noll was promoted to Assistant Vice President/Deposit Operations.  Today she serves as Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer.  As a member of the Executive Management Committee, she participates in providing organizational leadership, direction and guidance related to community bank servicing across the Midwest. 

Noll was awarded Employee of the Quarter in 1996 and 1997 and received the Presidents Achievement Award in 2002 and 2007.  In 2002 she also received the MBA/Mohela Outstanding Academic Award. 

Noll graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Finance from Central Missouri State University (now University of Central Missouri) in 1995.  She has also attended the MBA School of Bank Management where she received the GSBC Scholarship and graduated with Honors as the Class Valedictorian.  In 2005 she graduated with Honors from the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado (GSBC).

Noll is married to Charlie and they have two daughters, Katie (11) and Allison (6).  She is a member of The First Christian Church, the EPCOR Conference Planning Committee, the MBA’s Executive Management Committee, the MBA’s Legislative Affairs Committee, the ICBA’s Bank Operations and Payments Committee and the ABA’s Correspondent Bank Working Group. 

 

   MATT SINNETT
   EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT/RISK ASSET OFFICER
   MIDWEST INDEPENDENT BANK

Matt Sinnett began employment with Midwest Independent Bank (MIB) in 1992 in the bank operations department.  He worked in Business Development for seven years before moving to the loan department of the bank.  Sinnett was promoted to executive vice president of both MIB and Midwest Independent Bancshares, Inc. (MIB, Inc.) in the fall of 2008. As of February 2011, Sinnett was moved into a new position of executive vice president and risk asset officer for MIB. He is the Vice President of MIB Property Management.

Previously, Sinnett served as the executive vice president of MIB and supervised the Business Development, Operations, and Information Technology Departments.  

He graduated from Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University) in Springfield, Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Management.  Sinnett is also a graduate from the Graduate School of Banking with Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.

 

  MARK THOMPSON
  EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT/SALES TEAM MANAGER
  MIDWEST INDEPENDENT BANK

 

Mark Thompson began his career with Midwest Independent Bank (MIB) in July 2006 as senior vice president/business development/relationship manager for Western Missouri.  In 2009, Thompson began also assisting in the Iowa Region with the current customer base.  He was promoted to executive vice president/sales team manager in May 2012.  Thompson was added to the executive management committee of the organization.  His responsibilities are to develop relationships and sell new products and services to those customers.  He also refers products and services of subsidiary companies of Midwest Independent Bancshares, Inc. (MIB, Inc.).  Thompson’s expertise in correspondent banking prior to this position was as manager of the Correspondent Division/Midwest Region for Bank of America.   Thompson has more than 29 years of Correspondent Banking experience.

Thompson held the position of Clark Consulting/senior benefits consultant in Bloomington, MN from 2002 through 2006.  During this time Thompson worked with community banks in designing and implementing non-qualified benefit plans for their senior management.  Thompson also financed these benefits with Bank Owned Life Insurance.  From 1988 through 2002 Thompson worked for Boatmen’s First National Bank/NationsBank/Bank of America in the Correspondent Banking Division as senior vice president/calling officer for Western Missouri/Western Iowa and Eastern Kansas.   Thompson’s duties included providing operations expertise as well as assigned commercial loan portfolio. 

Thompson graduated from Iowa State University, Ames, IA in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture Business.  Thompson is also a graduate of the Missouri Bankers Association/School of Agricultural Banking, Commercial Training Seminar/School of the Banking of the South/Baton Rouge, LA, and Graduate School of Banking, Madison, Wisconsin.  Thompson serves on various Missouri Bankers Association committees and has attended Bank of America/”Leading from the Front” school.

Thompson is married to Patty and they have two children, Mitchell and Morgan.

 

  DANIEL T. WARD
  EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT/RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
  MIDWEST INDEPENDENT BANK

 

Dan Ward joined Midwest Independent Bank (MIB) in January 2002 as relationship manager/business development officer.  In November 2008, Ward was promoted to executive vice president.  Ward is responsible for representing MIB in the field supporting current clients and searching for opportunities that fit our business model.  Ward’s calling efforts consist of a client and shareholder base of approximately 225 in the territories of Missouri, Illinois, and Arkansas.  Ward’s personal mission is “to provide MIB’s clients with outstanding service and be available at a moment’s notice.”  Ward was named Rookie of the Year in 2002 and received the President’s Achievement Award in 2003.     

Ward has 16 years of experience in Correspondent Banking, and 35 years of banking experience.  From 1976 through 2002 Ward worked for Boatmen’s/Nations Bank/Bank of America – Centerre (Bank Evolution).  He held various positions including check operations supervisor, data processing services officer for correspondent and affiliate banks, acquisition conversions assistant vice president, and correspondent banking vice president.  Ward also received the Significant Contribution Award and Chairman’s Award. 

Ward attended Forest Park Community College. 

He is married to Tina and they have four children, Danny, Tiffany, Lindsay, and Courtney. 

  

  TIM BURNS
  SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT/RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
  MIDWEST INDEPENDENT BANK

 

Tim Burns began employment with Nebraska Bankers’ Bank (NBB) in 2003 as a vice president.  In 2004 he was promoted to senior vice president/cashier. A significant portion of his job responsibilities fall within the realm of assisting current bank customers, as well as prospecting for new business development for the bank. He received the President Achievement Award in 2005.  

Burns started his banking career with The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Omaha Branch in September of 1978. Mr. Burns joined National Bank of Commerce in February 1983 as an operation specialist. In 1985 he was promoted to conversion representative and elected a bank officer.  In 1992 he was promoted to manager of customer service and elected assistant vice president. In 1993, Burns was elected vice president and promoted to client relationship manager where he worked until 2003.

  DONNA HARDEN
  SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT/CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
  MIDWEST INDEPENDENT BANCSHARES, INC.

 

Donna Harden joined Midwest Independent Bank (MIB) in June 1989 as card services manager in the Credit Card Department.  Harden has held various positions while employed with MIB and currently serves as senior vice president/chief marketing officer of the holding company.  Harden is responsible for contributing to the growth and profitability of the bank holding company and its subsidiaries through the over-site of marketing, event planning, advertising, customer relations, telemarketing, new product promotions and product research.  Ms. Harden was name Employee of the Quarter in 1990 and earned the President’s Achievement Award in 1998.

Harden received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Marketing from Central Missouri State University (now University of Central Missouri) in 1983.  She has also attended the Missouri Bankers Association General School of Banking, the American Bankers Association Graduate School of Bank Card Management, the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking, and American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing and Management.

She is very involved in her local community with many civic organizations including the local Y.M.C.A, the United Way Campaign, Daughters of the American Revolution, Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis and the American Business Women’s Association  to name a few. Harden is a member of First United Methodist Church.

Harden has one son, Aaron, a recent  college graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia.

 

  JOSEPH KOLLMEYER
  SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT/LOAN OFFICER
  MIDWEST INDEPENDENT BANK

 

Joe Kollmeyer joined Midwest Independent Bank (MIB) as vice president/loan officer in August 2009.  He is currently a Senior Vice President and is responsible for the management of a loan portfolio and underwriting new and proposed commercial credits. 

Mr. Kollmeyer started his career in 1999 with Central Bancompany, Inc. in Jefferson City as an internal auditor.  He later worked for them as a senior loan review analyst before joining one of their affiliates in Sedalia, Third National Bank, in 2004 as a Vice President - commercial loan officer.  While at Third National Bank, Mr. Kollmeyer was responsible for managing a commercial loan portfolio, administering the Other Real Estate Owned Department, overseeing construction lending practices and procedures, and reviewing commercial loan participation requests from affiliate banks.

He received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Agricultural Economics & Agribusiness Management with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1999.  He has also completed multiple training courses in commercial credit analysis, and is currently enrolled in the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.

Mr. Kollmeyer has been married to his wife, Tasha, for 14 years and they have four children. He is very involved with Trinity Lutheran Church & School in Jefferson City and has served in a variety of civic organizations in the local community.

 

  MICHELLE EMILY LAWSON
  SVP/CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
  MIDWEST INDEPENDENT BANK

 

Ms. Michelle Lawson began her employment with Midwest Independent Bank (MIB) in June of 1997 as secretary/receptionist.  In December 1998 she was promoted to administrative assistant and in May of 1999 moved to the Business Development Department as an administrative assistant.  In June of 2002 Ms. Lawson was promoted to resource manager/events coordinator and took on additional roles in the Human Resources Department.  She was then promoted to assistant vice president/human resources officer in January 2007 and promoted to vice president/chief administrative officer in February 2011.   Ms. Lawson’s current position at the bank is senior vice president/chief administrative officer where she is responsible for the oversight of human resources, administration and marketing.  Additionally, she is a member of the executive management committee of the organization and serves as board secretary.

Ms. Lawson is a 2012 graduate of the Missouri Bankers Association School of Bank Management.  She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and in October 2007, Ms. Lawson completed courses to receive a Certificate in Human Resources Management. She was also named Employee of the Quarter in 1998, 2001, 2002 and named Employee of the Year in 2002. 

 

   

JANA AMSBAUGH
 VICE PRESIDENT/CONTROLLER

Jana Amsbaugh joined Midwest Independent Bank (MIB) in May of 1999 in the credit card department.  She moved to the loan department of the bank in the fall of 1999. Amsbaugh was employed in the loan department until September 2005 when she transferred to the finance department of Midwest Independent Bancshares, Inc. (MIB, Inc.).  She was promoted to assistant vice president/controller of MIB, Inc. in 2011. Amsbaugh is responsible for: managing the accounting functions, financial and regulatory reporting, budget, asset/liability reporting, ledger maintenance and accounting reconciliation.

Amsbaugh attended college classes in business and accounting at Lincoln University in Jefferson City.

She has been married to her husband, Charles, for 25 years and they live on a farm in Taos, which has been in her family since 1870.  

 

 DAVID BARNETT

David Barnett joined MIB as VP/Senior Accountant in November of 2012.

Prior to his employment with MIB, Barnett was employed as an Associate Accountant for CliftonLarsonAllen where he performed Director’s Audits and certified financial audits for community banks in the Midwest.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, as well as a minor in Business Administration & Mathematics from Missouri Baptist University located in St. Louis.

 

SHANE BELLEFY

Shane Bellefy began his career with Midwest Independent Bank (MIB) in August 2011 as vice president/ relationship manager for Iowa. Bellefy’s responsibilities are to develop relationships and sell new products and services to those customers.  He also refers products and services of subsidiary companies of Midwest Independent Bancshares, Inc. (MIB, Inc.). 

Prior to MIB, Bellefy held the position of Director of Business Development at van Wagenen Financial Services in Eden Prairie, MN from 2007 through 2011.  During this time, Bellefy worked with community banks on mitigating insurance risks.  Bellefy managed a12 state region and was involved with many state and national banking associations.  From 2002 through 2007 Bellefy worked for MLN Wholesale Division, Chicago, IL as Business Development Manager for Minnesota and South Dakota.   Bellefy’s duties included providing wholesale mortgage funding to banks and finance companies. 

Bellefy is a graduate of St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA with a Bachelor’s of Art’s Degree in Economics and Finance. Bellefy has served on various ABA and ICBA committees and is a member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Bellefy resides in Des Moines, IA. 

  

Ann Gehle  ANN GEHLE
 VICE PRESIDENT
 MIB BANC SERVICES, LLC

 

Ann Gehle joined MIB Banc Services, LLC (MIBBS) in March 2012 as Vice President of Compliance and Audit Services.  She is responsible for promoting, conducting and implementing compliance and audit functions including such areas as BSA Audits, Director’s Exams and Compliance Reviews.

Ms. Gehle is a veteran of the banking industry.  She comes to MIB Banc Services, LLC from Illini Bank in Springfield, Illinois where she was the Compliance and Security Officer.  Prior to Illini Bank, Ms. Gehle was responsible for Compliance Training and BSA Analysis at Community State Bank in Ankeny, Iowa.  In addition, Ms. Gehle’s early banking career was spent at Midland States Bank in Effingham Illinois where she held various positions including Branch Manager, Security and Product Development Officer, Compliance Officer and Vice President of Operations. 

Ms. Gehle’s experience includes all areas of the bank including: deposit operations, loan servicing, compliance, and security to vendor management.  She also has widespread experience in bank conversions, employee and board training.  Ms. Gehle graduated from the BAI School of Bank Operations and Technology.   

Ms. Gehle is married and has two daughters.  Her husband's name is Larry. She is an avid reader and St. Louis Cardinals fan. 

 

  JOHN HAY
  VICE PRESIDENT/LOAN REVIEW OFFICER
  MIB BANC SERVICES, LLC

John Hay joined MIB Banc Services, LLC in July 2012.  He is responsible for conducting loan reviews, stress testing, ALLL adequacy reviews, and other loan related services.

Hay is a veteran of the banking industry.  He comes to MIB Banc Services, LLC from the Missouri Division of Finance where he was a Senior Bank Examiner with over five years of regulatory experience.  Hay routinely served as the examiner-in-charge of large and complex banks.  He has also spent over 12 years in the financial industry working in and managing loan review departments.  

He attended the University of Missouri – Columbia and earned a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Finance and a Master of Business Administration degree.  Hay is a graduate of the MBA Commercial Lending School in 1998.

Hay has been married to his wife, Amy, for over 14 years, and they are the proud parents of two children (Zack – 11 and Abby – 7).  He is active in coaching youth sports and is an avid fan of baseball, football, and basketball.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Daniel Boone Little League in Columbia, Missouri. 

 

 JENNA KORSMEYER
 VICE PRESIDENT/HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Jenna Korsmeyer joined Midwest Independent Bancshares, Inc. (MIB, Inc.) in May 2007 in the Human Resources Department.  Korsmeyer has held various positions in the Human Resources Department and was most recently promoted to Vice President/Human Resources Officer in April 2013.  She is responsible for the implementation and daily coordination of all aspects of the Human Resources Department which includes all human resources programs and processes designed to attract, retain and motivate performing employees.

Korsmeyer graduated Cum Laude in 2007 from Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Finance.  She received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from William Woods University in 2009, graduating Summa Cum Laude.   Korsmeyer became certified as a Professional in Human Resources in 2011 from the HR Certification Institute.  The HR Certification Institute, established in 1976, is an internationally recognized certifying organization for the human resource profession.

Korsmeyer is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).  She was also named Employee of the Quarter in 2009 and in 2011. 

Korsmeyer has been married to her husband, Chris, for 3 years and they have two children.

 

  MARLENE LUTHER
  VICE PRESIDENT/RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
  MIDWEST INDEPENDENT BANK

 

Marlene Luther joined MIB in August of 2012 as Vice President/Relationship Manager for Southern Illinois, bringing over 30 years of banking experience.  Most recently she was employed with another bankers’ bank. She has worked with Illinois bankers almost all of her years in banking.  Luther is well known to the community banking environment.

 

 KIMBERLY S. MORFF

Kim Morff began employment with Midwest Independent Bank (MIB) in 1987 and worked through 1995 as vice president/cashier.  Morff was responsible for the daily supervision of all operations activities including the wire transfer, cash management, electronic systems, and data entry areas.  Morff also acted as liaison with Federal Reserve Banks in both Kansas City and St. Louis on all matters which impacted the operations work flow.  In addition, Morff oversaw all bank automated systems which included the bank’s data processing, all personal computers, and CONTROL.  Morff left MIB in 1995 to pursue other business interests.

In August 2007, Morff returned to MIB as assistant vice president/customer relations manager in the Operations Department.  In April 2011, she was promoted to vice president/special projects responsible for the administrative duties of the President’s office.  Morff is responsible for the coordination of special nonrecurring and ongoing projects which include the annual strategic planning process and the tracking of business development efforts for customers and non-customers.  Morff acts as liaison between the President and department managers for the development and delivery of comprehensive communications strategies and plans in support of the bank’s goals.

Morff has completed the AIB Principles of Banking course and attended the Missouri Bankers Association (MBA) School of Banking.
She is very involved in her local community with many civic organizations.

 

 DOUG PFEIFER
 VICE PRESIDENT/ LOAN OFFICER
 NEBRASKA BANKERS’ BANK – A DIVISION OF Midwest Independent Bank

 

Doug Pfeifer joined Midwest Independent Bank in March 2012 as Vice President – Loan Officer.  He is responsible for serving the lending needs of the Nebraska and western Iowa market through servicing the existing portfolio and developing new loan business.

Prior to his current position Pfeifer was most recently Senior Vice President at Hastings State Bank in Lincoln.  Pfeifer has over 29 years’ experience in banking including South Sioux City, NE, Knoxville and Dallas Center, IA.

Pfeifer received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  He is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking of Wisconsin.

Pfeifer, a native of Humphrey, NE, has been active in community and civic organizations in the communities he has resided.

Pfeifer has been married for 28 years to Doris.  They have a son attending the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a daughter attending Doane College in Crete, NE. 

  

 TIM RUNNALLS
 VICE PRESIDENT/RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Runnalls joined MIB in August of 2012 as Vice President/Relationship Manager for Northern Illinois. 

Runnalls has 40 years of experience working with community banks, including previous positions in the operational and payment industries. He attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Psychology.

   

 TIMOTHY CARROLL
 ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT/IT AUDITOR
 MIB BANC SERVICES, LLC

Tim Carroll joined MIB Banc Services, LLC in March 2012. Prior to his employment with MIB Banc Services, LLC, Carroll served as the Western Region Information Systems Financial Examiner for the Missouri Department of Insurance, Finance, and Professional Registration where he implemented a risk-focused approach to the information technology examination portion of the state’s statutory financial examinations. Carroll has also served as the Regulatory Marketing Manager/ Regulatory Liaison for the National Insurance Producer Registry (a non-profit affiliate of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners) and as the Director of Information Technology for the Oklahoma Department of Insurance.

Carroll graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He has a CRISC (Certified in Information Systems Risk Controls) certification through ISACA and a Professional Development Series (PDS) designation in emergency management from FEMA.

Carroll and his wife, Pamela, are co-founders of Hotemitaneo American Rescue and Response Teams. He is an Army and Air Force veteran and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).

 

 JASON HENDERSON

Jason Henderson joined Midwest Independent Bank (MIB) in June of 2002 as a documentation specialist in the loan department. Mr. Henderson has held various positions while employed with MIB and currently serves as Assistant Vice President/Risk Management/Compliance Manager of the holding company.  Henderson is responsible for managing the bank’s compliance program including BSA/AML compliance.  During his tenure at MIB, Henderson has achieved certification as an ICBA Certified BSA/AML Professional and plans to re-certify as an ICBA Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer in June 2013.  He has also been named Employee of the Quarter four times during his career with MIB.

Henderson graduated summa cum laude from Columbia College in December 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Management Information Systems and a minor in Business.

He is very involved with his wife, Stacy and two children, Allison and Adrienne, and their many activities.  Henderson is a member of Westview Baptist Church, where he serves as the song leader.  Henderson also sings with the Jefferson City Cantorum community choir as his schedule allows.

  

Holly House  HOLLY HOUSE

Holly House currently serves as Internal Auditor for Midwest Independent Bancshares, Inc. House is responsible for conducting audits throughout the organization, as well as maintaining the Vendor Management Program and Enterprise Risk Management Program. She began her career with MIB Banc Services, LLC in October 2008 as an audit officer, and has held various positions while employed with MIB.

Holly has been in the banking industry since 1998. She was previously employed with Landmark Bank for ten years.

House is a graduate of Columbia College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. In 2007, she became certified by the ICBA as a Certified Community Bank Internal Auditor.

House has been married to her husband, Robert, for 12 years, and they have a daughter named Mallory.

  

 ANDII KREEK JOBE

Ms. Jobe joined Midwest Independent Bank (MIB) in November 2004 as safekeeping specialist.  In January 2008 Ms. Jobe advanced to Investment Manager.  In May 2011 Ms. Jobe was promoted to her current position, Operations Officer/AVP.  Ms. Jobe is responsible for supervising clearing/cash management, customer support (CONTROL), money desk, new accounts/conversion, safekeeping, special projects and system support activities.  A significant portion of her job responsibilities fall within the realm of managing the Operations support staff and ensuring the subordinate areas of the responsibility comply with overall bank operating policies and procedures.  Ms. Jobe was named Employee of the Quarter and Employee of the Year in 2010.

Ms. Jobe received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Economics from Truman State University in 2000.  She has also attended the American Banking Association National Compliance School and Missouri Bankers Association School of Bank Management where she received the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University (GSBLSU) scholarship.  In 2013, she graduated from GSBLSU where she also participated on the school’s advisory council as vice president of her class.

Ms. Jobe has been married for 11 years and has a son, Jaxson, and a daughter, Kennedy.  Her husband, Red, graduated from Central Methodist College (now Central Methodist University) and serves as principal for the Hatton-McCredie Elementary School.

 

Mike Moran  MICHAEL J. MORAN

Mr. Moran began employment with Midwest Independent Bank (MIB) in February 2010 as Senior Credit Analyst in the Loan Department.  In April 2013, Moran was promoted to Assistant Vice President/Loan Review Officer.  Moran came to MIB with 5 years of community banking experience as a commercial loan analyst. Moran is currently responsible for managing the credit department, as well as the internal loan review department. 

Mr. Moran received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Southeast Missouri State University in 2005.  He received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from William Woods University in 2009. 

Moran is a 2013 graduate of the Missouri Bankers Association School of Bank Management, and a 2011 graduate of the School of Lending.  Moran is a member of Credit Professionals International, and became certified as a Master Professional Credit Executive in August 2011. 

Moran is active in community and civic organizations, and enjoys competing in triathlons.

Erin Schwaller joined Midwest Independent Bank (MIB) in November 2005 as Data Entry Specialist.  In 2010 Schwaller was promoted to Payment Systems Manager.  In July 2013 she received a promotion to AVP/Payment Systems Manager.  Schwaller is responsible for supervising clearing and settlement of cash letter processing, special projects and system support activities.   She was named Employee of the Quarter in 2009 and Employee of the Year in 2012.

Ms. Schwaller is a 2013 graduate of the Missouri Bankers Association School of Bank Management.  While attending the School of Bank
Management, she received the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado (GSBC) scholarship. In 2007, Schwaller attained her AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) certification. In 2013, she received the NCP (National Check Payments) certification. Schwaller is currently serving a term on the Missouri Bankers Association (MBA) Board of Trustees for Banking Education.  

  

 SUZAN WITT

Suzan Witt joined Midwest Independent Bank (MIB) in November 1999 as Credit Analyst.  Witt has held various positions in the Loan Department including Participations Manager in 2006 and Loan Administration Manager in 2007.  Most recently she was promoted to Assistant Vice President/Loan Administration Manager in 2011.  She is responsible for the processes in the loan administration area.  Witt was named Employee of the Quarter in 2000, 2005, and 2008.  In 2002 she also received the MBA/MoHELA Academic Achievement Award.

Witt graduated Cum Laude in 1997 from Columbia College with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration.  She is also a 2012 graduate of the Missouri Bankers Association School of Bank Management where she graduated with honors.  In 2001 she completed the Missouri Bankers Association School of Lending and graduated with honors.

Witt has been married to her husband, Darin, for 17 years and they have two daughters, Madison and Mallory.  She is a member of the Etterville Christian Church and is active in her local community.
